Mr. Gupta has a vast and diverse experience of 50 years and has been exposed to different assignments of Power Corporations in India, Insurance, Auditing, Compliances, Information Technology and Real Estate. He has been a serial entrepreneur and has been instrumental in setting up various real estate and engineering consulting companies.
Mr. Gupta has successfully led Urban Axis through some of its most challenging times and enabled it to emerge stronger. His broad global perspective has seen the Company expanding its horizons beyond domestic frontiers, positioning itself to become a true international player.
Transforming Urban Axis into a world-class real estate corporation has always been Mr. Gupta’s dream. He has led a broad ranging, transformational process aimed at boosting shareholder’s and investor’s value.
Mr. Shashank Gupta
Executive Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Shashank Gupta, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee, has 20 years of progressive work experience spread across India, Asia, Europe and North America. He has worked with several global organizations across the world to transform their businesses and operations towards cost-effective and simplified delivery models.
Mr. Gupta is a serial entrepreneur and has already set up around 6 start-ups in the last 20 years, engaging around 500+ employees in India. He is also on the governing board of several organizations in India, including businesses such as IT, Insurance and Retail. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and IT-enabled conglomerates, he brings on board his unique vision, management practices and global approach to gear the Company towards expansion and diversification.
He has also been cited in several publications for his profile in the real estate industry, including some national and international magazines as one of the “Most Influential” people the in real estate sector in North India

Mr. Shashank Gupta

Mr. Shashank Gupta, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and a serial entrepreneur has 21 years of progressive work experience spread across India, Asia, Europe and North America. He is on the Governing Boards of several organizations, including businesses such as IT, Insurance and Retail.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and IT-enabled conglomerates, Mr. Gupta brings on board his unique vision, management practices and global approach to gear our Company towards expansion and diversification.
Mr. Gupta was recently recognised as ‘Indians of the Year, 2022’ at prestigious House of Lords, London.
He has also been cited in several publications for his profile in the real estate industry, including some national and international magazines as one of the ‘Most Influential’ people in the real estate sector in Northern India.
Dr. Parag Garg
Managing Director
Dr. Parag Garg is a doctorate in banking and finance from a reputed university in USA and has more than 25 years of diverse experience in the field of Exports of various commodities and finance. He has been very instrumental in handling and promoting global business in the fields of manufacturing and exports of
readymade garments, footwear, medical supplies and leather goods.
He has been a key leader and promoter of development of various townships and high-rise residentails apartments all across the globe. He has vast experience in developing hospitals and medical colleges in India and Russian Continent. He has been on assigments related to consultation and construction of low-cost housing in India which includes but not limited to delivering more than 8 lakh low-cost houses in the state of Uttar Pradesh alone.
