Mr. K. B. Gupta brings over five decades of diverse experience across power, finance, compliance, and real estate. A serial entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in establishing and leading multiple ventures across industries.

His leadership has guided Urban Axis through complex phases, providing strategic direction and long-term vision. With a strong understanding of governance and systems, he continues to shape the company’s growth with stability and experience.

Mr. Shashank Gupta is a visionary entrepreneur with over 23 years of global leadership experience across real estate, technology, and business strategy. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIM Ahmedabad, he brings a strong blend of analytical thinking and strategic foresight.

At Urban Axis, he leads with a forward-looking approach, focusing on expansion, innovation, and value creation. His ability to navigate complex markets and build scalable businesses continues to drive the company’s long-term growth and positioning.

Mr. Shashank Gupta

Managing Director

Dr. Parag Garg brings over 30 years of experience across global business, finance, and large-scale development. With a strong background in international trade and infrastructure, he has played a key role in building and managing diverse ventures across sectors.

His expertise lies in structuring and executing large projects, including residential developments, institutional infrastructure, and township planning. At Urban Axis, he drives operational clarity, financial discipline, and execution strength across projects.

Founded by IIT & IIM alumnus, Urban Axis Infratech Ltd was established with a vision to redefine the real estate landscape of Uttar Pradesh.

2016

It marked the beginning of Urban Axis Infratech Ltd’s first project revival in Lucknow, bringing renewed hope to over 100+ families who had been waiting for their homes for nearly four years.

2017

Urban Axis Infratech Ltd undertook its second revival project in Lucknow, unlocking a long-stalled development where the landowner had remained burdened by mounting liabilities for nearly a decade.

2019

Urban Axis Infratech Ltd successfully delivered its first revival project in Lucknow within 30 months, setting new benchmarks in design, aesthetics, and lifestyle living.

2021

Urban Axis Infratech Ltd delivered its second revival project in Lucknow within 42 months despite COVID-19 pandemic. Built using fast-paced Korean technology with contemporary architecture and world-class amenities.

2023

Urban Axis Infratech Ltd strategically expanded through inorganic growth by acquiring Rohtas Projects Ltd via insolvency proceedings. The acquisition added over a dozen delivered projects along with multiple under-construction developments to the company’s portfolio.

2025

Urban Axis Infratech Ltd launched a landmark high-end commercial development in one of Lucknow’s most premium locations. Positioned amidst four super-luxury hotels, the project is envisioned as one of the city’s most luxurious high-street retail and office destinations.
