Urban Axis took on its first revival—a stalled residential project in Lucknow affecting over 100 families. We proposed a complete takeover with equity restructuring and operational control.
Restarted in 2016 and delivered in 2019, it became one of the city’s most admired boutique developments and proved revival could work when done right.
